Jupiter is an independent owner managed trust company offering a wide range of trust and company administration services for Guernsey residents and international clients from our offices situated in the Island of Guernsey. We specialise in bespoke tailor made structures designed for the specific needs of our clients. Whilst the content of the website aims to provide useful information, experience has shown us that face to face discussions are the best way to introduce ourselves.

At Jupiter we provide a full range of trustee administration services, as well as company incorporation and administration services, for both Guernsey residents and international clients.

We also specialise in pension products for the local and international market, such as Retirement Annuity Trust Schemes (“RATS”), Qualified Recognised Overseas Pension Schemes (“QROPS”) and Qualifying Non-UK Pension Schemes (“QNUPS”).

Our strength lies in our ability to provide cost effective and flexible solutions whilst meeting our clients’ specific needs. We believe this can only be achieved through the continuity of experienced and qualified personnel offering a professional and personal service at a competitive fee.

Jupiter was established in 1994 and we have grown steadily since. We are a fully independent owner managed business, which allows us to bring complete flexibility when creating trust and company structures for our clients.

The Jupiter group of companies are licensed and regulated by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission to conduct fiduciary business under The Regulation of Fiduciaries, Administration Businesses and Company Directors, etc. (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2000, as amended.
